No payment is required while ordering. Once you have placed the order the team will review the same and get back to you. Once the order is placed we will allocate a consultant and 2 analysts dedicated to your project. We will ensure that the team allocated has to experience in your business domain. The team will do the requirement analysis based on your questionnaire response and schedule a call if required.
Once the requirements analysis is complete we will invoice you for 50% of the project amount. After the payment is received we will begin the research phase. We will send you a draft research report and once you approve the same we will invoice you for the next 25%. The third stage is the strategic planning wherein, again we will send you a draft copy of the business plan without the financials. Once that is approved we will invoice you for the remaining 25%. The final phase would be the financial calculations. After the report is complete we will send the same to you in editable word format along with the investor deck (if applicable) and/or designed business plan (if applicable).
The investor deck is a summarized version of the business plan. It is given as an add-on along with the business plan document. In the form of a PowerPoint presentation, this deck covers all the aspects of the business plan and can be used during discussions with investors or potential customers. The investor deck will tell a story, showing the company’s path to success. The investor deck comes in very handy while presenting the business plan to stakeholders or investors.
The investor deck comes in free of cost with the Pro & Premium plan. For all other plans, an additional Investor deck would cost additional. Please refer to the pricing chart for details.
The business plan design is not a part of the package. Once the consultants have worked on the business plan the output is in normal word document without any design. Should you opt for the designed package, we then send it to our in-house graphics design team to enhance the business plan. A non designed business plan contains all the graphs and charts. A design business plan is an aesthetically appealing version of the same with artwork, pictures, background, and comes out as a magazine layout.
Design is included in the Platinum package. For other packages, the design is not included in the price. Professional business plan design would cost an additional $300 – $350. An additional Investor deck would cost $200 – $250.
All of our business plans are developed from scratch. We do not use any templates. Cookie-cutter business plans developed through templates are not professional enough. Hence we ensure that each and every plan is customized for the client’s business. Our business plans are based on the robust framework and outline that we have identified based on years of consulting experience and industry standards. The sections of the business plans may have a certain structure but the content and subsections are completely customized based on the business needs.
All of our business plans contain market research. The extent and the comprehensiveness of the research are based on the package or solutions chosen. Please note our research included in the package are secondary in nature. We collate information related to industry, economy, and competition based on data available freely in the public domain. This includes reports, articles, internet searches, free databases, and whitepapers. This does not include surveys, polls, questionnaires, tele-calling, field research, or any paid source of information.
We do provide primary research which includes surveys, polls, questionnaires, tele-calling, field research, or any paid source of information but they are not a part of the business planning packages and are billed additionally. We work with minimal inputs. We require you to give us the basic information through our order process. The basic questionnaire involves Company Name, a Brief Description of the company and your Idea, Products and/or Services offered, How would you earn your revenue?, Who is your target customer?, Why do you think people would need your products/services?, How many people do you have in your team? How many people do you plan to hire? What is the range of initial investment you are looking at? And future plans for your company? These questions act as a starting point for our project. We always encourage clients to share any other documentation or information that they might have. In case more information is required our team will reach out to you.
We work in a collaborative manner. We acknowledge that you would know your business better than anyone else. We bring along years of experience and industry best practices to help you enhance your venture. At any point should you struggle to get us any information, our team will do the necessary research to find out the data.
We work in a phased manner. Every interim deliverable will be sent to you for review. We would encourage you to go through the drafts and give us your feedback. Our consultants will have a discussion on your review comments. On the basis of the discussion, we will modify the drafts. For every phase, we will take a maximum of two iterations into consideration. We would request you to give us a comprehensive and specific set of feedback. Once you are happy with the phase we will require you to sign off the phase. Once a phase is signed off we will proceed to the next phase. No iterations will be accepted on the signed of phases.
